Barbara Johnson
Operations Director
Barbara Johnson brings 34 years of experience in investment and banking across Europe and the United States — 14 of which have been with CapStar Financial Services, LLC. As director of operations, she is the organizational backbone of our team, combining meticulous research skills with a sharp eye for detail to help Suzette craft the best, most customized investment solutions for each client.
Barbara also leads CapStar’s reporting efforts, producing in-depth retirement, investment and portfolio analyses for both current and prospective clients — giving them the clarity and confidence they need to plan for their futures.
Beyond her analytical expertise, Barbara has passed the Series 65 exam and holds a Texas Life and Health Insurance License. She is also fluent in five languages.
Her love of exploration takes her far beyond the office — from swimming with beluga whales in the Arctic Circle to adventures across the globe. When she’s closer to home, Barbara channels her creativity into painting and is currently working toward fluency in a sixth language.
